Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping
  • Free shipping is not applicable on domestic orders unless specifically mentioned during promotional offers.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional charge of INR 60 will be applicable.
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, or as per the delivery timeline communicated at checkout.
  • Domestic orders are shipped through registered courier partners and/or Speed Post services.
  • Delivery timelines are subject to courier partner and postal service norms, and may vary depending on location and unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are responsible for handing over the shipment to our courier partners within the stated dispatch timeline but are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, the risk of transit lies with the courier partner. However, customers are requested to report any transit damage or package tampering within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
International Shipping
  • Free shipping is not applicable on international orders.
  • International shipping charges may vary depending on destination, package weight, and applicable courier charges. Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days from order confirmation and payment completion, or as otherwise communicated at checkout.
  • International orders are shipped through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post services.
  • Delivery timelines vary by destination country and are subject to customs clearance, courier partner timelines, and local regulations.
  • Customers are solely responsible for any custom duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges, or other local fees applicable in their country.
  • We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional charges arising due to customs clearance procedures or local import regulations.
  • Any disputes, delays, or clearance issues related to customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
